David has been in the grocery business since 1969. Raised in Galveston, he managed a store on the East end for about 20 years. In 1993, he moved to Oak Ridge and purchased Clayton's with his wife Sharon. Sharon passed away in 2002 and in 2008, he married Tracy Massingill. Tracy has been an Oak Ridge resident since 1974. They live in Oak Ridge and have an 11 year old daughter, Ava.
Karol Medina

Karol began working in the grocery business in 1979. She is a single mom of 2 children. Victor is a sergeant in the USMC and Kandace attends Texas A&M. She's a great cook and loves to cater for special events. Her favorite TV shows are "Iron Chef" and "Criminal Minds".
Debbie Carter

Debbie started in the grocery business in 1978. She has been happily married to Jack for 21 years and has 2 children. Both Michael and Ashley also work in the grocery industry. Debbie enjoys shopping with her mother and cooking for her family on weekends. Her favorite TV show is "Dancing with the Stars."
Karen Eibell

Karen started in the grocery business in 1984. She is happily married to Tom, her husband of 30 years. She has 4 children and 3 grandchildren who are her heart! She likes to golf and visit her close-knit family as much as possible in Buffalo, NY.
Cindy Draper
Night Manager
Cindy began in the grocery business in 1978. She has been married to her wonderful husband William for 29 years. She likes to cook and work in her garden. She loves watching football and "C.S.I." shows on TV.

Rick began as a grower/buyer in 1986. He became our produce manager in 2005. He still loves the “Wow” factor when he sees something spectacular in produce whether in growing, buying or selling. He is big into the local music scene, keeping up with musicians such as Guy Forsyth, Jamie Sloan and Jason Allen. He is an avid YouTube viewer
Janet Fitzgerald
Accounting/Receiving Manager
Janet was born and raised in Galveston and began working with her Dad in the grocery business in 1987. She married her high school sweetheart, Bert in 1989 and they have 4 children. All of her kids attended school here in Oak Ridge and have all worked at or will work at the store. She loves spending time with her big family and watching “How I Met Your Mother”, and “Rules of Engagement”.
